Tech Tip - Outlook can recover Deleted Items Sometimes you hit OK too fast, and end up deleting your Deleted Items. February 12th, 2009
Here is how to RECOVER an item that was permanently deleted from the Deleted Items folder. - On the Go menu, click FOLDER LIST (Folder List: Displays the folders available in your mailbox. To view subfolders, click the plus sign (+) next to the folder. If the Folder List is not visable, on the GO Menu, click FOLDER LIST.), and then in the Navigation Pane, click Deleted Items.
- On the Tools menu, click Recover Deleted Items.
- In the list, click the item or folder you want to retrieve, and then click the Recover Selected Items icon.
 The item is recovered and saved in the Deleted Items folder, once again. Note - Some items or folders may not be recoverable because the length of time that deleted items are stored on the server is set by your administrator.
