How can you capture a screen picture of an Error Message (or any other screen) that you want to keep as a record or to use when you talk to a service tech in the future?
Solution: [Alt] + [Print Screen] - This will copy the Active Application window into the clipboard. [Print Screen] by itself will copy all of the screen on your monitor to the clipboard.
Then you can open your word processor, type the date and few words of description about your error, and then paste the screen capture from the clipboard into your word processing document. (Choose Edit > Paste)
Email this to us at us with a brief discription of what you were doing at the time of the error. We may be able to solve this one fast with a nice screen shot of it.
